Bespoke Container Repair Estimating Module for MSC

Mediterranean Shipping Company (UK) Ltd  are now using a bespoke interface between their CREAS  container repair estimate software and Ideal’s Unitrack-D  container depot management system.

The new CREAS  interface module allows for container repair estimate information to be sent direct from Unitrack-D  to the CREAS  system managed by MSC’s  operations in Antwerp. Repair authorisations, picture requests, modifications or cancellations are then received back in a much more streamlined manner. This direct two-way communication means that container repair estimates are always up-to-date and resolved much quicker.
