Custom Vessel Schedule System for Meyer Shipping, Bermuda

Ideal  were commissioned by Meyer  to produce a bespoke software solution to handle vessel scheduling. The system allows for the inputting of all vessels and incorporates easy-to-use colour-coded calendars to show statuses and to schedule all ship bookings for King’s Wharf; Heritage Wharf; Hamilton; St Georges and Anchorage.  A ‘ship tracker’ facility also provides reports on each ships’ visits to Bermuda.

As with several other custom solutions, Ideal  developed the new software solution using mv.NET  from BlueFinity International.  The system is accessed via a web browser. mv.NET  is a suite of components designed to provide the MultiValue developer with a comprehensive solution to the challenge of creating Microsoft .NET  based applications requiring access to MultiValue databases.
