Online enquiry at st Lucia Marine – April 2010

St Lucia Marine Terminals Ltd (SLMTL)  have ordered Ideal’s  Online Container Enquiry module for their UNITRACK-P  port management software.

SLMTL  is a subsidiary of the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA)  and is charged with the responsibility of managing Port Vieux Fort which is located in the town of Vieux Fort, in the south of the island of St. Lucia.

Ideal’s  director in the Caribbean, Paul Parkinson,  commented, “The online module will allow container agents and shipping agents to interrogate UNITRACK  via the Internet to check on the condition, status and whereabouts of their containers. This will give SLMTL  even better customer service and could encourage shipping lines and agents to use their facilities more.”
