Vessel Schedule Software

Working with the Meyer Group, Bermuda, we have developed a custom Vessel Schedule software solution, which can now be adapted for your own operations.

Meyer Shipping is the port agent for virtually all cruise and non-cruise arrivals into Bermuda, and fulfils the role of scheduling all the island arrivals, thus playing a much larger logistical and operational role than a traditional port agent. Meyer Shipping operates from St. George’s, Hamilton and Dockyard with its offices servicing Bermuda’s regular and occasional callers.

Ideal  were commissioned by Meyer to produce a bespoke software solution to handle vessel scheduling. The system allows for the inputting of all vessels and incorporates easy-to-use colour-coded calendars to show statuses and to schedule all ship bookings for King’s Wharf; Heritage Wharf; Hamilton; St Georges and Anchorage. A ‘ship tracker’ facility also provides reports on each ships’ visits to Bermuda.

The system is accessed via a web browser.
